SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Times:

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement, excluding all weekends and Australian public holidays.

Tracking information will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. 

There are no fulfilment delays however delivery times may be longer than normal due to Covid 19. 

 

Australia Standard Shipping

We offer a standard shipping fee of $4 for a starter kit and $2 for a refill sachet order. 

We use Australia Post and Sendle. We will provide you with a unique tracking code for your package so that you can track delivery online. Standard shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

 

International Shipping

We ship international FREE for orders over $100, sent via Standard Australia Post. For orders under $100 we charge a flat fee of $15.  

You'll receive tracking when we post your order. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Please note that there can be delays due to Covid and international border restraints which are out of our control. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. As of March 2021 the delivery times to the USA with Australia Post are as follows:

Standard Post: 10-18 Business Days 

Express Post: 7-12 Business Days 

 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately due to the nature of our product we are unable to refund change of mind purchases.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. REFUND POLICY
Do you offset your carbon emission from shipping your products?

Yes! This is something we do gladly. With each shipping, our partner calculates how much carbon we have emitted and we plant any amount of trees that offset that emission
